Inside Sales Representative

About knoldus:

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Knoldus arrow iconEnsure all data is captured, tracked and qualified leads are entered into the system/excel/leads management system
  • Knoldus arrow iconDeliver information on programs, promotions, and products via phone, email, others, etc.
  • Knoldus arrow iconProvide feedback and suggestions for program improvement on a weekly basis
  • Knoldus arrow iconInfluence (or impact or promote) market share in a defined territory or industry vertical.
  • Knoldus arrow iconDevelop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
  • Knoldus arrow iconCreate & articulate compelling value propositions around Knoldus services.
  • Knoldus arrow iconInfluence (or impact or promote) customer adoption.
  • Knoldus arrow iconMaintain an accurate forecast and various business reports.
  • Knoldus arrow iconWork with partners'/marketing team to extend reach & influence customers.
  • Knoldus arrow iconConvert leads into business.
  • Knoldus arrow iconDevelop case studies.
  • Knoldus arrow iconDevelop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Knoldus arrow iconEnsure customer satisfaction.
  • Knoldus arrow iconOpen to work in US shift.
  • Knoldus arrow iconAttractive Incentive driven program.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Knoldus arrow icon3-6 years of technology related sales; marketing or business development experience.
  • Knoldus arrow iconA technical background in engineering, computer science/MIS or equivalent work experience required (Optional).
  • Knoldus arrow iconDirect field experience in working with top enterprise accounts across US geography
  • Knoldus arrow iconStrong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knoldus arrow iconExtensive customer & contact network.
  • Knoldus arrow iconInside Sales experience with Digital services- BigData, Opensource etc...
  • Knoldus arrow iconFluent in English.
